FOI request for information on appeals against council tax banding
Dear Crawley Borough Council,
Please would you furnish me with the following information as soon as possible:
1. Provide addresses of those that have successfully appealed against their council tax
2. What band of council tax were they originally and what are they now after the appeal.
3. How many refunds/rebates were credit back to them by the council.
4. Please provide addresses indicating on a spreadsheet of which were successful.
5. Please provide the same on unsuccessful appeals and how many actually turned up for the hearings.
