Please could you confirm if you can provide the following information Free of Charge or if a fee will be applicable – If a fee is applicable please confirm the price (before providing any information)?
I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

• If a framework, could you confirm the name of the framework please?

Dear Chris Pearson,

 

This email is in response to your request for information received 29
April 2021 and also on the 23 August 2021 regarding information on the
secure shredding of confidential waste.  Firstly, please accept my apology
for the delay in responding to your request. The College endeavours to
respond to all requests within the mandated timeframe and will be putting
procedures in place to stop this delay from happening in the future.

 

Please see below our responses in italics to your specific queries:

The College uses an ITQ process to procure confidential waste disposal

The value is £4000 per annum.

The senior officer responsible for this contract is not public facing so
the College will not be providing their email address and phone number.

The College’s current suppliers are Biffa Waste and Shred it.

 

o If your current supplier is a Facilities Management/Waste/Cleaning
Company, which sub-contractor services your organisation?

If you are dissatisfied in any way with the handling of your request, you
have the right to request a review. You should do this as soon as possible
or in any case within two months of the date of issue of this email. In
the event that you require a review to be undertaken, you can do so by

If following an internal review, carried out by an independent decision
maker, you were to remain dissatisfied in any way with the handling of the
