We have completed the compilation of information in response to your request.

We can confirm that we do hold the information specified in your request. Our response is given below.

How many students weren’t provided with accommodation (not including temporary hotel stays), by the university for the start of term this year and the year before.

At the start of term for the 2017-18 academic year (Monday 25th September 2017), there were 71 students who were not provided with accommodation by the University, but who had active applications for accommodation.

Please note that the 71 students were not guaranteed accommodation by the University. All students who were guaranteed accommodation by the University were offered accommodation for the start of term.

At the start of term for the 2016-17 academic year (Monday 26th September 2016) there were 53 students who were not provided with accommodation by the University, but who had active applications for accommodation.
