The contract has expired, with a renewal in process.

10. Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification
given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised? . 

Specification – Treatment of Mixed Papers and Cardboard

Liable to be collected in line with PAS 105 Specification for paper waste
and comprises the following broad description:- Mixed paper and board
Contamination level up to 5% should be included in the tender pricing as
part of the inclusive rate. Additional Contamination beyond the levels
above to be charged on a price per tonne basis for treatment/disposal plus
Landfill Tax (if any). Uncontaminated Fee £30.00/tonne Level 1
Contamination Fee £109/tonne Uncontaminated Fee £30.00/tonne Level 1
Contamination Fee £109/tonne A mixture of various grades of paper and
board, without restriction on short fibre content, unsorted, with unusable
materials removed.

11. Is there an extension clause in the framework(s)/contract(s) and, if
so, the duration of the extension? . 

No

12. Has a decision been made yet on whether the framework(s)/contract(s)
are being either extended or renewed? . 

This decision is under review.
