FOI log for 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 to date
Dear West Berkshire Council,
Please could you supply a redacted copy/extract of your FOI/EIR log for 2011/12, 2012/13 and 2013/14 to date.
I would like the extract to include the date of the request, the request itself ( as recorded), date of reply, exemptions applied/refusal reason (or partial refusal){including section nos if held},whether internally reviewed, whether referred to the commissioner etc. I am assuming from the statistics previously published that all these are held as data fields in the Excel spreadsheet. Please only redact/exclude information for which there is a valid exemption, such as personal information.
I appreciate from your reply to my previous request that redaction may take some time, but have calculated that provision of this information should fall within the time & cost provision of the FOI Act. Please let me know as soon as possible if this is not the case, in order to give me the opportunity to refine the request.

Request for information: Freedom of Information spreadsheets
Please find the requested information attached. The Internal Review log
and ICO review log are both separate sheets and are included as separate
sheets on the tabs. The Internal Review and ICO Review entries include
the original request reference and can be cross referred. However, I
have taken the 12 separate request sheets and amalgamated these as a
single cumulate list as this makes it easier to scan and edit. Personal
data within the spreadsheets has been removed. The 2013 data is as of
20/09 when I downloaded these spreadsheets.
Please note that the spreadsheets are kept for the calendar year rather
than the financial year (for referencing purposes this is easier when it
comes to numbering requests). The information therefore covers all of
2011, all of 2012, and 2013 to date (20/09).
If you are dissatisfied with our response, you may ask for an internal
review. Please explain fully your reasons for requesting a review. You
