Dear Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea,

I work for a property development company de Candole Residential Ltd. based in Chelsea. We are looking for potential investment sites that would regenerate areas and provide jobs.

I would be grateful if you could provide this data under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000:

All buildings which are abandoned in the RBKC, names, addresses and use type.

Alternatively please tell me from where I can acquire this

which we received on 7 February 2012, for information held by the Council.
You requested:

 

All buildings which are abandoned in the RBKC, names, addresses and use
type.

 

I am referring to homes where the registered owner or next of kin have not
been found and may therefore be available for purchase in the present or
future.

 

I confirm that we hold the information requested.

 

I can release to you details of empty residential properties owned by
companies and empty commercial properties in the borough, please see
attached.
