Dear Babergh District Council,

Please could you provide figures for the amount of money collected by the council from fining fly-tippers each year since 2016, and the number of fines given each year?

Please could you also give the total value of unpaid fines from fly tipping for each year since 2016 in this period, and the number of fines left unpaid each year?

*2 of the 3 people who failed to pay Fixed Penalties were subsequently
prosecuted for the original fly-tipping offences.
