Fly Tipping Enforcement in London Borough of Waltham Forest

We're waiting for Naheem Iqbal to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,

Could you kindly look into providing information with regards to fly tipping and enforcement in this borough since 2017? As I see it it is proliferating and you are not doing anything about this.

1) How many instances of fly tipping are reported?
2) How have the above instances been reported? phone, email, online, mobile app, Twitter, Facebook,....
3) How many people have been caught?
4) How many people have been fined?
5) How many people have been prosecuted?
6) How many cameras are used for monitoring fly tipping?
7) What type cameras are they? mobile, fixed, etc...
9) How many people have been captured by camera fly tipping?
10) How many people have been prosecuted using this camera evidence?
11) How many people have been fined using this camera evidence?
12. How quickly do you respond to requests no matter what method they were reported?
13. How many are repeat reports where fly tipping was not cleared up?
