Chorley Flower Show 2017

1. What was the total income from the Flower Show including ticket sales, concessions, sponsorship BEFORE any council contributions?

2. Can you please provide the total expenditure towards the Flower Show?

3. How much did the taxpayer need to contribute through council subsidy and how does this compare with 2015 and 2016?

4. Can you please provide the value of all external income streams by source, including sponsorship, contributing towards the Council Flower show this year, and particularly including

a. Number of Tickets sold

b. Total ticket sales turnover

c. Income from stand concessions

d. Income from sponsorhip from any other body and how used if ring fenced attraction/feature

e. Details of any other significant income by total value and detail

6. I understand that the flower show council contributions now comes from a new cover-all Events Budget. How much was the initial Events budget and what adjustments have been made to it so far?

of free tickets that went to people taking part in the event, children
under the age of 5 and people entering the amateur section)

 c. Income from stand concessions

(£7,733)

 

 d. Income from sponsorhip from any other body and how used if ring
fenced attraction/feature

(£12,113)
