In answer to your Freedom of Information request dated 08/01/2013 please
find attached the Fluoride concentration map 2002.

 

I would also like to draw your attention to the following links:

 

·         The national archive website hosts the map from 2006, which
shows the average fluoride levels for 2004-2006  -
