Hi,
I would be grateful if the 'FOI working Group' could please confirm
whether it would be responsible for ESCC to allow members of the public
access to all of the details illustrated in the request.
The Police have previously informed me that ESCC vehicles are granted
restricted access to certain areas that they monitor, and that I need to
ensure that our vehicles are operated to reflect a reasonable level of
security.
If I forward all of the information, in particular registration numbers,
this would definitely allow the vehicles to be 'cloned' with all of the
other information and used for potential terrorism acts.
I believe that we can legitimately provide everything except the
registration mark.
Kind regards
Ken
