Dear Sir or Madam,
During the past 5 years, has there been a Code of Conduct (or similar rules) for members of the Fitness to Practise Panel / Professional Conduct Committee? If so, please provide a copy.
If there is such a code of conduct, have any members of the Panel/Committee been in breach of that code during the past 5 years?
If so, please provide details of the breach, and of the action taken by the GMC in response to that breach.
I am aware that it may be necessary for you to redact documents in order to avoid breaching the Data Protection Act in respect of individual Panel/Committee members.
