1. Please could provide a year-by-year breakdown of the total number of child maintenance-related cases submitted to the First-tier Tribunal (Social Security and Child Support).

2. For child maintenance-related cases, please could you provide a breakdown of the length of time taken from submission of an application to the tribunal, to a decision being made by the tribunal. Please provide a breakdown as follows:

Within 3 months: X cases (Y %)
Within 6 months: X Cases (Y%)
Within 9 months: X Cases (Y%)
Within a Year: X Cases (Y %)
Within 18 months: X Cases (Y%)
Within 2 years: X Cases (Y%)
Over 2 years: X Cases (Y%)

Dear IAC KILO,

Thank you for you response dated 27th February 2020. I'm afraid I don't think the link you sent me answers my request. It is specifically child maintenance related cases I asked for, not all Social Security and Child Support cases.

In terms of question 2, data for the past 5 years will be sufficient thank you. However, you may cut the timeframe shorter if needed to meet time limits.
