Thomas Gyllenship

Dear IMPS,

Thank you for your reply and the information that you have given me.

For clarification my request focused on the grade distribution within the first class degree classification rather than the proportion of student within a course who achieved a fist class degree.

I would therefore appreciate information regarding the proportion of students who achieved 70-75, 75-80, 80-85, 85-90, 90-95 & 95-100 % on the BSc Food Science course.

Yours sincerely,
Thomas

Dear Thomas,

Thank you for your clarification below.

We have made some enquiries and are able to inform you that the University
of Reading does not hold information on the percentage of students who
have achieved certain overall marks. This is because although average
marks for individual parts of a student’s programme are held, there is no
average final mark held on the database for Undergraduate students.

We hold information on the overall grade classification, as we have
provided.

Sincerely,
