Q3 and 4 answer - the database utilised will currently only provide broad
information, for example we can provide how many premises of each type
were unsatisfactory against Article 9 but not which section, to do this
would take either a manual inspection of all audits completed in 2019/20
or request a query be written by CIVICA, database provider.  The manual
search will take hundreds of hours and the query will have a financial
cost which would need to be determined.

 

5. How many programmed fire safety audits do you calculate have not been
undertaken during COVID -19 up to the date of this FOI?

 

This is extremely  difficult to determine as there are many variables,
however, a rough estimation would be approximately  117

You have the right to seek a review of this decision and a request should
be made to the Head of ICT for this purpose. The request should be in
writing with the grounds for a review and sent to the Head of ICT, at the

Reviews should be made within 40 working days of our response to your
request being issued.  Any requests for review received outside of the 40
working days will be refused.  Please note this is in line with the
Information Commissioner’s own working practices.

directly to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) for a decision. 
Generally, The ICO cannot make a decision unless you have exhausted the
complaints procedure provided by Cleveland Fire Authority.  The ICO can be
