With reference to your e-mail received 24/08/2018 requesting information:

This is to inform you that Northamptonshire Police will not be able to complete the response to your request within 20 working days. However, every effort will be made to ensure that you receive an appropriate response as soon as possible. The ICO is aware and we are currently enacting a recovery plan.

I can confirm that Northamptonshire Police holds the information requested
as follows:

 

1. This data is not centrally recorded however we have equipment operating
across 30 buildings.

2. Our service contractor is appointed via an appropriate framework
through EMSCU.
