Fines handed out for breaking covid restrictions

Dear West Midlands Police and Crime Commissioner,

There have been multiple reports of west midlands police handing out fines for breaking Covid-19 restrictions to students for socializing on their own property or accommodation. how many fines and punishments have been handed out to students because of these restrictions and how many punishments have been given out to people while on their own private property?
