Dear Southwark Borough Council,
Regarding planning application 10/AP/1935 and Section 106 agreement dated 21st April 2011 , please can you provide a financial breakdown for the following:
Date of when financial contributions were received and allocated
Date of when the contributions were spent
The party that paid the contribution
Thank you your response and the information provided. However there is some information I requested that has not been given, please can you confirm the dates monies were received for all the contributions mentioned in the previous attached document?
Further to looking at the information provided, there is no spent date available. Please could you explain why this is the case and provide the amounts spent for each of the contributions?
Please can you provide a date when my request will be responded to, as it has been unanswered since the 19th April 2021?

We provided the attached information in our response to your request on 16 April 2021.
Please also note that with historic applications, we do not always hold the data referring to when the financial obligation was spent. This is now captured in our Exacom from 2019/20 financial year. Those entries which do not reflect the allocation date could not be located either, as our historic records did not always cover this. As mentioned above this is now captured in Exacom from 2019/20, and we should be able to provide this information for any current and future applications.
In future, please provide your full name with your requests to enable the authority to process them.
