As part of the new European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), there are changes to the data subject’s rights, including how a Trust operates its Subject Access Request processes.
All staff who support the Subject Access Team in relation to pulling and collating records and sending them to the team for processing should be mindful that the number of days to turn the request around is now 28 days.
This is in compliance with GDPR, therefore can we request the records and signed release form be sent back by no later than 10 days from receipt of this email. NB: If you are unable to comply with this please ensure you contact a member of the SA team immediately.
We work to defend the right to FOI for everyone
