Dear Mr Buxton,

Thank you for your request for information on the felling of street trees
on Middlefield Road in Doncaster, received on 17 January 2020.
It is my assessment that the information you are seeking is exempt under
section 39(1) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 because this
information is “environmental information”, as defined in regulation 2 of
the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. Your request must
therefore be considered under these Regulations.

The Regulations give requestors a right to information held by a public
body at the time a request is received. Where information is not held by a
public body there is no requirement to create the information in order to
answer a question or request, the only requirement is for the person
requesting the information to be advised that the information is not held.

Please provide any and all data associated with Doncaster Borough Council
in relation to the felling of street trees on Middlefield Road in
Doncaster.
Please find attached the information I judge to be in scope of your
