Dear Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service,

As a minister of God I demand full disclosure and transparency regarding the following questions.

What does it cost for a debt collection company to bring a claim against a person and how much for a person(s) to defend themselves?

How much does it cost for a council to hire the court regarding council tax?

Are court staff and rooms at the court available for hire?

Remember, I a minister of God following God's law as does the defender of the faith Queen Elisabeth the second, demand full disclosure and transparency.

Yours faithfully,

minister francis.

Dear Minister Francis,

Thank you for your e-mail, I am writing to advise you that your enquiry does not fall under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) regime and has been rejected by the Disclosure Team.

It may be helpful if I explain that the FOIA gives individuals and organisations the right of access to all types of recorded information held, at the time the request is received, by public authorities such as the Ministry of Justice (MoJ). Section 84 of the FOIA states that in order for a request for information to be handled as a FOI request, it must be for recorded information.

For example, a FOI request would be for a copy of a policy, rather than an explanation as to why we have that policy in place. On occasion, the MoJ receives requests that do not ask for recorded information, but ask more general questions about, for example, a policy, opinion or a decision.

You may wish to re-submit your enquiry to the Ministry of Justice, which will be treated as Official Correspondence. We can then ensure that the correct team can respond to your request.

Dear Disclosure Team,

So a simple question on fees does not qualify as being under the freedom of information act 2000? Who is it that I can corespond with that can answer the questions?

In reverence and love for all the heavenly fathers creation,

minister francis.

Dear Minister Francis,

Thank you for your email.

Your original query did not fall under the FOIA 2000 as it did not ask for specific recorded information. As what you have submitted is a general query you can submit this at https://contact-moj.dsd.io/
