My response is as follows:

 

I do apologise for the delay in responding to your FOI request. With
regard to your request I have contacted Our Insurance Department and Legal
Service who confirm that we have no records of any claims made against
Haringey Council or Homes for Haringey under the Fatal Accidents Act 1976.
 

 

If you are unhappy with how we have responded to your request you can ask
us to conduct an Internal Review. If so, please contact the Feedback and
