Farm welfare offences
Robyn Vinter made this Rhyddid Gwybodaeth request to Elmbridge Borough Council as part of a batch sent to 347 authorities
This request has been closed to new correspondence. Contact us if you think it should be reopened.
Dear Elmbridge Borough Council,
I hope you're well.
I am looking for information relating to farm welfare offences for 2019 and 2020. For each offence, I am looking for:
- The name and address
- A brief description of the offence
- The relevant laws or regulations
- The result.
As an example, you can see here that I have gathered the data for 2014 to 2018 here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1...
If any information cannot be provided due to data protection, please omit that but include the other details for each one (ie, if names cannot be provided, I would still like a summary of the offence and the other details that can be provided).
This is an automatic reply. Thank you for your enquiry which has been
passed to the most suitable officer for action.
To meet our customer care standards we will try to reply to you as soon as
possible and provide a full response within 7 working days. The Council
regrets that the urgent allocation of resources in response to Covid 19
means that it may be unable, for a temporary period, to respond promptly
to FOI requests or always within the statutory time-limit
If you have asked for information under the Freedom of Information Act
2000, you should receive a reply from us within 20 working days. Please
look at our website for more details and exceptions to these response
