Dear Ministry of Justice,

Family Proceedings (Allocation to Judiciary) Directions 2009

I request a list of all named District Judges who were able to hear and deal with Ex Parte Court Applications under the Children Act and Section 8 Orders, as of September 2012 in Private law Proceedings at the Birmingham County Court.

As you would be aware the the President of the Family Division in exercise of his powers conferred on him by Section 9 of the Courts and Legal Services Act 1990, Having consulted the Lord Chancellor, that came into force in February 2009, would on allocation gave certain Judges certain powers to deal with Private Law Matters.

We request was District Judge Williams one of these Judges? Able to deal with Private Law matters in an emergency basis? Who resided at the above Court in September 2012?

Please provide this list, and specific list.

Yours faithfully,

Dear Uju, Chukwuma,
I Request that the judge in question had the power to grant an order for the return of a child, under section 8 of the children act 1989, when no party had ever been before the family court so there was no court orders in place, or to hear an application for residence and Prohibited steps order on a C100 Application backed up with a C1A Application on an ex parte basis, there is much public interest on this request from other social media sites,

And we have strong evidence to support that this order may of been made by solicitors who made sure the next judge was not the same judge as the last judge who made the order which would amount to Fraud Upon the court and abuse of position by those who owed a duty to the court and to not misled the court so there is much interest in the request and this issue has lead to a breach of Human Rights and other issues that concerned a child.

I can if requested gather the public interest in this request if requested?

The list would be available to the pubic as there is no secrecy in what judges are allocated and this is not a question that would be exempt from the public domain. or concealment which may amount to fraud if this was not made available to the public.

Yours sincerely,

mark davis
