'Family court' definition of 'Balance of Probabilities'

Judicial Conduct Investigations Office did not have the information requested.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please state the lawful definition that backs up the 'family court'
workings that grants entitlement on the 'balance of probabilities'
to remove children and break their family bonds forever, without
providing facts .i.e. innocent until proven guilty.

Therefore, condoning by allowing such a travesty of injustice to
occur on a daily basis.
