Falsified Child Safeguarding Guidance and Forced Adoption
Dear Children and Family Court Advisory Support Service,
I have recently issued a complaint to CAFCASS. The complaint alleges that Mr Bruce Clark, Policy Director, has falsified the CAFCASS Safeguarding Framework at sections B3.3 and E1.2. This follows Mr Clarke's falsifications of Working Together to Safeguard Children sections 1.20-1.36.
The falsifications allow the fabrications of evidence from local authorities and CAFCASS, those working in the Family Justice System are so familiar with.
The beneficiaries of these falsifications are the family centres used for aggregating evidence to remove the child along with the fostering and adoption agencies.
All of the CAFCASS Board and Executive Team have an interest in these organisations and I would like a full declaration of personal interests of each CAFCASS Board and Executive Team member in any organisation that benefits financially from the removal of a child from the family.
Yours faithfully,
Alastair Patterson
