Failure to repair broken street lighting

Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council did not have the information requested.

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,
Under the 'freedom of information act'. I request all relevant information regarding the number of requests and relevant inter departmental correspondence made about lamp post no.3 (no.6 according to the WBC street lighting website) on the Deansway Estate
Birkenhead to have this street light repaired. I personally have been reporting this fault online and telephonically for over 1 year. I was told that only street lighting accessible by a cherry picker was priority. Any street lighting requiring scaffolding was less important.
Does it take an elderly person to be mugged or someone suing the WBC because they have tripped over a faulty paving stone to get some action done by them?

Thank you

Yours faithfully,
AJ Samson
