Dear Aberdeen City Council,

I would like to request the following information under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

Could you provide me with a list of any buildings in Aberdeen that are defined by the Department for Housing Communities and Local Government as residential buildings over 18m tall or public buildings, with cladding systems that have failed large scale system tests.

Please also inform me as to whether they are publicly or privately owned.

Thank you for your information request of 19 November 2019.  Aberdeen City
Council (ACC) has completed the necessary search for the information
requested. Our response is now detailed below.

 

Could you provide me with a list of any buildings in Aberdeen that are
defined by the Department for Housing Communities and Local Government as
residential buildings over 18m tall or public buildings, with cladding
systems that have failed large scale system tests.

There are no high rise residential buildings within ACC boundaries which
have failed large scale system tests.

 

Please also inform me as to whether they are publicly or privately owned.

Not applicable, please see the response to question above.
