Facilities charges and leasing conditions at Paisley Park

Dear Department for Communities (Northern Ireland),

Further to a previous Freedom Of Information request (DFC/2018-0155) and the reply to it from Heather Moffet from the Department For Communities Regeneration Directorate on 25th June 2018.
Under the Freedom Of Information Act can you please provide answers to the following in relation to the Departments sports complex at Paisley Park, Belfast:

1) Can you please confirm if there are separate electricity supplies to each of the buildings provided as clubrooms on the Paisley Park complex to;
a) Albert Foundry Bowling Club
b) Albert Foundry Boxing Club
c) Albert Foundry Football Club

2) Can you please confirm if each of the clubs pay for the electricity used within their respective clubroom premises or whether all electricity supplied to the buildings and facilities at Paisley Park is paid for by the Department?

3) Can you please confirm if there are separate Rates bills issued for each of the buildings provided as clubroom premises to;
a) Albert Foundry Bowling Club
b) Albert Foundry Boxing Club
c) Albert Foundry Football Club

4) Can you please confirm if each of the clubs pay the Rates due on the buildings used as clubroom premises, or if they are paid for by the Department?

5) Can you please confirm if there are separate NI Water Rates bills issued to each of the clubrooms premises provided to;
a) Albert Foundry Bowling Club
b) Albert Foundry Boxing Club
c) Albert Foundry Football Club

6) Can you please confirm if each of the Clubs pay for their use of NI Water within their clubroom premises, or if all water rates are paid for by the Department?

7) The Department stated previously that it acquired the Paisley Park complex from Mackies engineering, can you please confirm the date the Department acquired the Paisley Park complex?

8) Please provide a copy of the Lease agreement between the Department and the resident clubs.

9) Please provide a copy of any conditions attached to the leasing of the complex between the Department and the resident clubs.

10) Please provide a copy of any restrictions of use of the facilities buildings and complex set by the Department.

11) Information provided by the Department shows a sum of £110,000.00 of money spent on maintenance work during the year 2016-17 within the boxing club. Can you please provide a detailed breakdown of the maintenance carried out. please note, a detailed breakdown of maintenance was requested previously yet the Department failed to provide the breakdown for the maintenance carried out on the boxing club.
