Further to my Freedom of Information request (ATISN 15793) about the extension of a loan as detailed in the Decision Reports: 2021 - 6th Government, please can you answer the following:

1) What is the purpose of the loan? (Eg do they have to spend it on something specific?)

2) How much is the loan for?

3) When was the loan first given and when does it expire?
