Under Section 40 of the Freedom of Information Act the College will not disclose the remuneration of any particular individual as this is their personal data.

There is no one particular budget that covers training, welfare and support for those with mental health issues, but that this is provided as follows:
• The College Counsellor and College Nurse
• A network of Tutorial Advisors who are always on call during term time
• Peer to peer support via the students union
• Training for staff on recognising and supporting mental health issues
• An annual wellness week encompassing a wide variety of wellbeing activities including bike safety, health eating, non-alcoholic cocktails, dance and other exercise and stress management workshops
• Financial support for the University Counselling Services for staff and students
• Mindfulness training for staff and students
• Exam stress support, including extra Tutorial Advisor support and activities designed to give students a break such as the "meet a Guide Dog puppy" sessions.
• The nurse holds basic medical and first aid supplies but students who are unwell are advised to go to their GP or A&E for treatment.

Alcohol is purchased for resale to staff, Fellows, students via the College Bar and Conference and event organisers. Some alcohol is provided free for specific events, but we have no means of identifying exact expenditure on each. Total income and expenditure on Residences, Catering and Conferences is detailed in our Annual Accounts pages 24 and 25

Thank you for your reply.  With respect to my fourth question, regarding
scholars' awards,

[[4] How much money did the college spend on cash prizes and awards for
students who achieved certain marks in end-of-year examinations? This
includes scholars' prizes for attaining a first-class mark, Book Prizes
for a high 2:i and any other cash prize paid to the student as a
consequence of examination performance.]

your Annual Report details the total amount spent on "scholarships and
awards" for the year.  I would like to clarify that we would like the
figure to only include cash prizes awarded to students as a *direct*
consequence of performance in end-of-year examinations. This should not
include hardship awards, travel awards, research support or any prize
which was awarded following a specific application made by the student.
Many apologies if this was not clear and I would be very grateful if you
could send me a new figure in response to this question.
