Expenditure on litter removal

Dear Tendring District Council,

I would like to know how much expenditure (current financial year) is allocated to street and beach cleaning; by this I am referring to employed "litter-pickers" (I do not include the removal of sand within this)

I would like to know the frequency of litter-picking, specifically out of season, and details of this broken down into each specific area; incorporating Clacton town centre up to and including West Clacton.
