Dear D Mackereth

The College has considered your request and considers the information to

Dear South and West Kent College,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of South and West Kent College's handling of my FOI request 'Exit payments'.

I must assume that 'K' Colleges' decision to use data protection as the reason for refusal to provide the information requested implies that 'deals' were struck with the Director of Finance and the Principal/ CEQ which presumably are subject to 'Compromise Agreement' terms. Is my assumption correct?

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:

Yours faithfully,

D Mackereth
