To obtain a County Parish Holding (CPH) number to register animals, you
will need to contact our Rural Payments helpline directly on 03000 200
301. Our Christmas and New Year opening times are as follows:
Monday 24 December: 8:30am to 3pm
Tuesday 25 December: closed
Wednesday 26 December: closed
Thursday 27 December: 8:30am to 5pm
Friday 28 December: 8:30am to 5pm
Monday 31 December: 8:30am to 5pm
Tuesday 1 January: closed
The helpline is normally open from 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday
