Dear University of Oxford,

OXAM requires a University of Oxford login, which is not possessed by students who have graduated, nor students who will be coming up in the next academic year. As such, these materials are unavailable to at least these two groups with relevant interest in them. Please provide these in the format of one or more PDF document(s) as most convenient, for the listed papers above.

If it is not possible to provide the information requested due to the information exceeding the cost of compliance limits identified in Section 12, please provide advice and assistance, under the Section 16 obligations of the Act, as to how I can refine my request.

Yours sincerely,

S Powers

Dear University of Oxford,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Oxford's handling of my FOI request 'Examiners' Reports and Past Papers for Classical Archaeology and Ancient History (CAAH)'.

All of the requested information has not been provided, nor has it been rejected with information on how to refine the request. Please provide the PDFs of the past examination papers requested in the form of one or more PDF file(s) as most convenient, or provide information as above on how to refine this request.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...

Dear University of Oxford,

You have still failed to provide the requested information, and you have also not provided the results of any review taken into the handling of this investigation, both well outside of the timeframes in which you are legally obligated to respond. I must insist this information be provided, and the full details of the investigation regarding this request be likewise released as requested in order to comply with UK law.

If a substantive reply isn't received within 2 working days, a generous allowance given how overdue the response to a request for a review is as well as how overdue the original information being released is, this matter will be escalated as necessary.

Yours sincerely,

S Powers

Dear University of Oxford,

Due to your repeated failure to provide all the information requested, or to undertake an internal review into the matter, I have referred this to the Information Commissioners Office.

Please provide the results of said internal review and the past examination papers as requested, as you are legally obliged to do.

Yours sincerely,

S Powers
