Dear Birmingham City Council,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Birmingham City Council's handling of my FOI request 'Evidence of impact of proposed closure of School Road Moseley to traffic'.
I do not believe that the information supplied relates to my request. I asked for all the traffic surveys and impact assessments that relate to the proposed closure of School Road. The information sent is a traffic report assessing the viability of a completely different proposal in a completely different electoral ward. The report provided makes no reference to the current proposal nor provides any assessment of the implications for the roads surrounding the current proposal.
To clarify my request, I would like copies of the reports that relate to how BCC Transportation:-
Arrived at the decision to implement a road closure
How engineers determined the location of the closure
