Dear Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council,

Regarding the Section 106 dated 05/08/03, which was entered into with George Hartwell Limited PSA wholesale and LDC ltd, for the site 3 Oxford Road, Bournemouth. I was previously advised that the contributions that relate to this development have been spent. Could you pleas provide evidence of this for verification in the form of either receipts and/or photographic evidence.

Yours faithfully,

C Gordon

Good afternoon, I am writing to advise you that the time limit for responding to your request for information which we received on 26 March needs to be extended.

The Regulations allow us 20 working days to respond to your request from the date of its receipt. However, it is occasionally necessary to extend the 20 working day time limit for issuing a response. In this case, I regret that we must extend the time limit for responding by 10 working days because of the complexity of the request.

I hope to let you have a response by 6 May and will keep you informed of any further delay.

If you are dissatisfied with this response you can ask for an internal review. The purpose of an internal review is to assess how your Freedom of Information request was handled in the first instance and to determine whether the original response provided met with the requirements of the legislation. You can request an internal review by email to BCP Council Enquiries [email address]. You should make a review request within 40 working days of this response.

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the Council's review you have the right to refer the matter to the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact details for the Information Commissioner can be found at: https://ico.org.uk/
