We briefly hid the response while we asked the council if the login credentials they released for the Possession Claim Online (PCOL) service were live and valid; the council have informed us they are not currently valid so we have republished the response.

The council have written to us to suggest the Ministry of Justice may have given others similar usernames/passwords which could be guessed from the format of the credentials released. We will raise this with the Ministry of Justice, and in the meantime we've hidden the response from public view again.
