Event licensing

The request was successful.

Dear South Gloucestershire Council,

Under the Freedom Of Information Act, could you please supply me with details of the following in regards to events being held specifically at Washingpool Farm in Easter Compton. The details I require are as follows for music events;

1) At what time on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday, is the playing of music, live or recorded permitted to? Please specify exact times.

2) At what time on a Friday, Saturday and Sunday is the sale of alcohol licensed to? Please specify exact times.

3) What is the allowed capacity?

4) Given that the location is close to an airport, is the use of laser lights permitted? If so, are there any restrictions on said lasers?

5) Of the aforementioned, can any of these times or restrictions, be levied in any way? Please specify if they can and what is the criteria?

6) An article was published by Gazette, of which can be seen here, http://www.gazetteseries.co.uk/news/8955... Although this is seven years ago, are the restrictions mentioned in said document, still applicable?

Yours faithfully,

Dave Darby F.Inst.PA.

To add to my current request,
7) Given the license conditions and the closeness of Bristol airport, does the Council grant permission for the use of laser lights at the venue, be it on the outdoor stages or indoors. If so, what, if any, are the restrictions?
