Evaluation strategy - discovery phase of UC managed migration
Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please provide the evaluation strategy for the managed migration discovery phase (please provide documents in full, appropriately redacted if necessary).
An evaluation strategy would set out key evaluation questions, and the monitoring, research and analytical methods DWP will use to evaluate the discovery phase: https://publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm...
If there is nothing explicitly called an 'evaluation strategy' then please provide documents which set out key evaluation questions, and the monitoring, research and analytical methods DWP will use to evaluate the discovery phase.
Yours faithfully,
Owen Stevens

Dear Department for Work and Pensions,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Department for Work and Pensions's handling of my FOI request 'Evaluation strategy - discovery phase of UC managed migration'.
The link provided is to a document which is, very obviously, not the Evaluation Strategy for the managed migration discovery phase.
1) it dates from November 2019 which predates the discovery phase by more than two years
2) it is not even the Evaluation Strategy for the pilot phase (or for any other phase). Para.26 of the document in the link you provided (the document from November 2019) states that the Evaluation Strategy will be published in March 2020.
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/e...
Yours faithfully,
Owen Stevens
