Please see attached response to your FOI request.

 

I have investigated the reasons for the delay.  As you will appreciate
there are work pressures arising at this time in the lead up to the UK’s
exit from the EU and I am sure you will understand that this is causing
some delays.  Nonetheless I acknowledge that the Department is in breach
of the FOI Act for not responding within 20 days and I apologise for this
on the Department’s behalf.
