Eurolines sharing of passenger/travel information

Dear Information Commissioner’s Office,

Eurolines procedure to obtain a travel ticket is to show valid ID to the booking agent in order to obtain a ticket.
Please publish the following information:
1. Which database or computer intranet/internet source Eurolines feeds the passenger name to establish that they got obligation to share the passengers travel information during the process of issuing the ticket.
2. To which UK and to which European authorities, public services or information networks Eurolines has an obligation to share immediately the passengers travel information.
3. How can Eurolines passengers obtain a full and accurate copy of their ID cross referencing via Eurolines ticket agent, personal data and travel information exchange the agent conducted that took place back and forth and with which authorities or information centres, during the booking and issuing of the ticket.
