Dear Department for Exiting the European Union,

Please provide a list of all investigation requests made to the Department for Exiting the EU, Home Office or any other ministerial department that DxEU may be aware of since 2016 in relation or in connection to the European Union Referendum (held on 23 June 2016).

Please include a list of all investigation requests, including, for example, security and justice related requests, including whether they were accepted or rejected. Please include the date the request was made and the date the decision was made on the request.

If the investigation request was accepted, please provide the outcome. If the investigation request was rejected, please provide the reason why.
