Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 17 January 2018, which has been handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).

Your request and our response are as follows:

Your request:

1. Does the Trust operate an estate stores ( hard facilities management) 2. Number of staff employed in this area 3. Total stock value of the estate stores 4. Whether this operation is provided in-house or contracted out

Our response:

1. The trust does have a store for the provision of materials for the estates department.

2. 1 (one) whole-time equivalent (WTE).

3. This figure can be difficult to establish, as it varies according to demand, but is believed to vary between £80k and £120k.

4. This operation is managed in-house.

I hope that the response that the Trust has provided is satisfactory.  However, if you are dissatisfied with the way in which your Freedom of Information request has been dealt with you can request an internal review. Further to my message below, I have been able to determine that the response which I sent you at 12:39 today was completed on 25 January and approved on 06 February. Unfortunately, the estates administration did not forward it to the FOI office until today, after you pointed out that it was still outstanding.

Can you please indicate whether this is sufficient information, or whether you wish us to proceed with a full formal internal review of this trust's response to your request?
