We have completed the compilation of information in response to your
request.

 

We can confirm that we do hold the information of the description
specified in your request and this information is given below:

 

1.What ERP (Enterprise Resource Management) or Finance system is currently
used at the University?

 

Southern Universities Management Services (SUMS) is a membership
organisation owned by universities, but is not part of Reading University
or any other university. The finance system used by SUMS is Agresso.

 

2.When does your contract expire?

 

We are based on the University of Reading campus, and use the University's
finance system. All contracts for finance systems are therefore held and
managed by the University of Reading (UoR).

 

3.Do you have any planned upgrades of the software? If so, when?

 

N/A - we do not own any of our own software, any upgrades are planned and
managed by UoR.

 

4.Are you planning to go to market for a different ERP/ Finance system? If
so, when?

 

N/A - we plan to continue to use UoR finance systems.

 

5.How many users / licenses of the system do you have at the University?

 

Licences for UoR software are managed by UoR.

 

6.Who is the person responsible for your ERP / Finance system? Please
provide full name, title and contact information if possible.
