Freedom of Information, Cheshire Police and Crime Commissioner

Dear Miss Hill

Further to your email requesting an Internal Review, may I take this opportunity assist you further prior to progressing to an internal review, as this may delay your response further as an internal review may take up to 20 working days.

Cheshire Police Contract information is already publicly available on:

https://www.blpd.gov.uk/foi/foi.aspx

There is a search function where you can enter a keyword and will be presented with contracts relating to that keyword. This can be further filtered by organisation (ie Cheshire Constabulary) or category by using the drop down arrows.

To assist you I have provided the specific contract names, which can be used as a keyword and will then bring just that contract up.

In respect of Questions relating to Finance/HR - The ‘Integrated Business Systems Solution’ is the name of our contract.

In respect of the Question related to Payroll: The " Payroll, HR & Finance Services framework agreement " is the name of our contract. Values/expiry is also available on the contract information as explained above.

Q34/35 - Oracle Support & Maintenance is already publicly available and available to you by using 'Oracle' as a keyword as outlined above. The contract dates/durations can also be found in the same place.

I hope this now clarifies your response.
