[1] Please give details of all periods of employment Erika Rushton had directly with Liverpool City Council including her role acting for the LCC and the failed “Beautiful Ideas Company with Cllr Ann O’Byrne and Cllr Nick Small?

Note: This information has come to light due to a number of private investigators, video footage. Photos, and recorded conversations with Cllr Nick Small.

[2] Please give details of any consultancy work that Erika Rushton did for LCC from 2011 - 2018

[3] Please supply all details of any involvement that the LCC and the Mayor had with The Baltic Creative CIC in the Baltic Triangle in which Erika Rushton is a director, including any funding contributed by LCC and Joe Anderson to:

4/ The Baltic Creative CIC - how did this company obtain the property / land/ warehouses to kickstart the 120,000 sq. feet of commercial space and over 198 businesses employing over 876 people? was there any involvement with (Joe Anderson) and the Liverpool city council to gift, sell, or pass over assets in the Baltic Triangle to the (Managing director Mr. Mark Lawler) of the Baltic Creative CIC.

5/ Is Baltic Creative CIC a part of the Liverpool council and has Mark Lawler in the past obtained any - land- Warehouses and any other property from the Liverpool city council to then pass on (rent to the public) and businesses, if so, what did the Liverpool city council get in return (payments)?
