Dear University of the Highlands and Islands,

Please treat this as a Freedom of Information request under FOISA.

Please provide me with your equality impact assessments for all new or revised projects, services and initiatives that the University of Highlands and Islands is responsible or the lead for that commenced or were approved in 2018-19 and 2019-20.

If the full equality impact assessments are not available a summary of the outcome will suffice. An explanation of each project, service or initiative should be included however as well as their impact on people with protected characteristics.

For the avoidance of doubt this should include all new or revised projects, services or initiatives reported to your University board or its committees. I am aware of the ones already published on your website and I am only interested in the ones not already publicly available.

Yours faithfully,

Rajai Davies
