Equal Pay

Please see responses below from prior request.

Can you put the information in a document and refer to people male/female, job title,monthly pay, yearly pay, campus. Can you put by departments and by year. Since merger of August 2013 were existing and per existing staff members. Finally give a reason if pay was not equal for people doing the seam job role. Before and after the harmonization of jobs, If they were not notified or given back dated pay to equalize/ harmonize this and or even made aware.

Dear West College Scotland,

Can you prove at any given point after the merger of 2013 were existing and per existing staff members of the same job title/role on equal pay. For example your Student Services Department were Male and Female colleagues on equal pay for doing the same role; before and after the harmonization of jobs, If not where they notified or given back dated pay to equalize/ harmonize this and or even made aware.
