Dear Severn Trent Plc,
Please could you provide me with an assessment of the number of burst water supply incidents during the 2019 calendar year that affected agricultural businesses within your operational region. Could you confirm the nature of the impact on the surrounding land (direct loss of crops and other environmental damage agreed with the landowner), the specific mitigation adopted to resolve any direct environmental and social impacts on the business and its operators and the time taken to satisfy related issues with the affected parties.
